The Firm is at the fore-front of negotiating and drafting exploration and production contracts and joint ventures, obtaining necessary consents for acquisitions and transfers of interests as well as the creation of charges over oil and gas assets. We have also developed considerable expertise negotiating and preparing gas and petroleum products purchase and sales agreements and related contracts.
Our Firm’s services are also engaged for the preparation and review of service agreements; agreements for lease of vessels, tugboats and house boats; agreements for the lease of tank farms; anchor handling tug supply (AHTS) agreements; joint venture agreements; through-put lease agreements and gas purchase agreements amongst others.
