Efechia is a versatile lawyer, chartered secretary and certified HR professional, with over thirteen years’ experience in legal, company secretarial services and Human Resources Management. She has worked in reputable organizations across the energy, consulting and legal services sectors developing a repertoire of skills in her various roles.

Efechia graduated with a law degree from the University of Benin in 2008 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2009 both with second class Honours (upper division). She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (“ICSAN”).
